I'm her mom and I love my beautiful scarf. I get so many compliments on it at school from students and fellow teachers. I only wish it was colder in California so I could wear it more often!
This is Ariel's mom again. I'm so lucky to have a daughter that knits and cross-stitches. I have so many lovely things from her. The latest - the smittens are great. I walk or bicycle to school occasionally and the removable fingertips mitten part is ideal for biking on cold mornings.
I made this for my mother, the mohair yarn was hard to find in regular craft stores, but I found something that worked; I think it turned out nicely.
